A 500m2 warehouse in Alexandria was converted into an art gallery using vivid colours from exhibition sponsor Taubmans.
There was a wealth of great local artists including C.J. Hendry (above), as well #thewriting, Hollie Martin & Oliver Tanner.
The catering was taken care of by the ever talented boys at Studio Neon, Aaron Teece and Richy Chefron. With treats such as Warholesque Campbell's soup in a can containing fermented tomato gazpacho & prawn, as well as edible flowers in a pot and bone marrow tartare. It was a great pleasure working with these guys again as their food and vision is always next level.
The cocktails we served on the evening were:
Strawberry Blush - organic strawberries from the highlands blended with Egyptian Ice tea from Tea Craft, lemon and Bombay Sapphire with a Lantana mist.
Smoked Local Honey Margarita - local honey from Kings Cross thanks to The Urban Beehive, spiced with native Pepperberry and Wattleseed and shaken with Milagro tequila and Lime.
Lemon Myrtle Sherbet Fizz - Lemon Myrtle Sherbert mixed with fresh lemon, Grey Goose Vodka & garnished with Bottle Brush
