Trolley'd bartenders Christopher Thomas & Byron Woolfrey regularly attend the local Grower's markets selling non-alcoholic drinks made from local organic and native Australian ingredients.
This has been a great way for the boys to try out new combinations and get great feedback from customers so as they can refine their drinks to everybody's palates.
Getting up nice and early, the markets are a great way to meet a lot of other local producers, and make more contacts so as the Trolley'd drinks consistently use the best quality produce available, always staying market fresh.
Markets so far attended have been Double Bay on a Thursday morning, the SMH Pyrmont Grower's markets on the first Saturday of the month and Bondi Grower's market every other Saturday.
